Santa Cruz Works New Tech: From AI to Cyclotrons to Pets

Learn about the latest startups and innovations in Santa Cruz County and come connect with members of the community.
As usual, we’ll begin at 6pm with networking, food (appteizers), live music, and beverages for purchase before our presenters expand your neurons with knowledge, share new perspectives, and revolutionary technologies.

Show time! Each presenting company has 5 minutes to share sizzeling hot news about their startup and opportunities. This month:
- CYCLOTRON – famed Craig Vachon will help us laugh and finally understand what we’ve always wanted to know about a cyclotron! From turbocharged hamster wheels for particles to mind-blowing fusion energy, Craig will break it all down with humor, insight, and a few surprises.
- LOW CARBON – Ed Colligan, former CEO of Palm and a key figure in the evolution of mobile devices, has now turned his attention to combating climate change with Low Carbon, a renewable energy investment company.
- PETSZEL – Sara Swenson will present Petszel, a groundbreaking platform designed to support new pet parents. As the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Petszel, Sara brings a wealth of experience and passion to the pet care industry.
- TUUL TECHNOLOGIES – Santa Cruz-based entrepreneur “Restless Soul – Toby Corey” is again at the forefront of technological innovation with his latest venture, Tuul Technologies. Corey will demonstrate a breakthrough fundraising AI TuulBot, that radically helps companies raise funding for Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A.
