Angels by the Sea provides a collaborative forum where our members and entrepreneurs engage with one another to assess venture viability, optimize opportunities for success, and identify investment opportunities for our members. We work with entrepreneurs across a range of markets including software, hardware, bio-tech, consumer products, agriculture, boutique foods, and health products.
CAL Coastal Rural Development Corp
is a California chartered nonprofit public-benefit corporation servicing the financial needs of small businesses and farmers. The corporation provides direct loans and loan guarantees to businesses located on the Central Coast through our offices located in Salinas and Santa Maria. We have a community based Board of Directors that guides the organization. The Board of Directors and Loan Committee members are business people and bankers with backgrounds in credit. Cal Coastal funds these specialized lending facilities allowing their clients the ability to grow their businesses.
California FarmLink: Central Coast
Established in 1999, California FarmLink supports beginning, limited-resource, immigrant and other underserved farmers. The organization works across the state, with particular focus on the Central Coast, Sacramento and San Joaquin valleys, and the North Coast regions of California. Our partnerships with farmer training programs, government agencies, impact investors, and other nonprofits help farmers learn and improve business management, obtain financing, and secure land tenure. California FarmLink was certified as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in 2013 – one of the first agricultural CDFIs in the nation focused on serving small farmers.

Central Coast Angels was founded in 2013 by a group of successful entrepreneurs who share a love for the California Central Coast region and a vision of increased opportunity for the people who live here. We provide early-stage financing to innovative companies who are building businesses located in the region.
El Pajaro Community Development Corporation
El Pájaro Community Development Corporation promotes the development
micro-businesses by helping low-income minority entrepreneurs in counties Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey. We assist in the creation economic opportunities in minority communities with limited resources, by providing instruction, bilingual/bi-cultural business training, business incubation, professional consulting and coaching. Our programs and partnerships help micro-entrepreneurs succeed economically.
Keiretsu Forum Pebble Beach Chapter
Formed in 2016, the Pebble Beach chapter is located in an area rich in natural resources and beauty. The area is considered by many as a working definition of paradise. Unlike other Keiretsu Forum chapters worldwide, Pebble Beach will meet quarterly under the leadership of Keiretsu Forum Founder/CEO Randy Williams and Dr. Fred Cohen with a focus on reviewing global, curated deal flow. Dr. Cohen, is President of the Keiretsu Pebble Beach Chapter, and a globally recognized expert in the field of cyber security.
